More Details On Ice Bowl, er, Winter Classic Festivities
Canadian singer/songwriter Sam Roberts will be performing during the second intermission, I admit I had to Google the guy as I am not that up on Canadian rockstars. Ronan Tynan will be performing “God Bless America”, and the Sabres’ normal anthem singer Doug Allen will still be handling those duties. Although the NHL.com article states Doug is just doing the Canadian anthem (he does a great job on it), so I wonder if they are forgoing the US anthem for Tynan’s performance.
