I caught most of the Kelowna Rockets first two Memorial Cup games, and got quite a bit of enjoyment out of them. I have some quick thoughts: Tyler Myers is a beast. 1G, 2A in two games, and was +3 last night. Made some big shotblocks in front of the net. Life

The Conference finals matchups are set after last night’s game sevens. Carolina’s Scott Walker scored at the end of OT to put the Hurricanes in, and the Red Wings got a Daniel Cleary goal late in regulation to seal their third straight trip to the Western Conference finals. Media

I am writing this, in the interest of full disclosure, as a Trekkie who kind of fell away from Star Trek towards the end of Voyager, and missed pretty much all of Enterprise. Seems pretty common, actually, from the guys I went to see the movie with. |
