For the first time since the Bills’ heyday in the 90s, they will appear on Monday Night Football against the Dallas Cowboys. The Bills are coming off their first win of the season, with rookie Trent Edwards getting the start against Tony Romo, T. O. and company. I’m calling the second commercial break is when we will see Niagara Falls for the first time.

Sabres lose home and home with the Isles

The Buffalo Sabres opened with home and home losses to the New York Islanders, losing the first game 6-4 and the second 3-2 in a much stronger effort. Jaroslav Spacek has looked good so far, netting 2 goals including one on the power play. It just seems like the Sabres are a touch out of sync, and that is something that will improve with play. Of course, they don’t play again until Thursday which is just dumb. At least there are several more home games coming up, GO SABRES!
